Individual Therapy

In one-on-one DMT sessions, individuals explore and address their unique and authentic emotional, physical, and mental needs through personalised movement and art based interventions and therapeutic guidance.

Corporate wellness Programs

These sessions focus on improving employee overall health and well-being through activities like fitness challenges, mental health resources, stress management, team building, improving creativity and innovation, encouraging personal growth.

Therapeutic Date sessions for couples

Helps couples address relationship issues, improve communication, emotional connection, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond. It includes activities of fun and love in the relationship under the guidance of a trained therapist.
